Counter Seating Offers Two Omakase Options:

Sushi-Only Omakase $175 Per Person
A focused sushi journey featuring approximately 14 pieces of seasonal nigiri and a handroll. This experience highlights the finest fish and traditional techniques prepared by Chef Mitsuru.

Chef’s Full Omakase $275 Per Person
An elevated, multi-course progression designed to showcase the depth and range of our menu. This experience includes: 2 Otsumami (small plates highlighting seasonal fish or vegetables), 14–18 pieces of nigiri, one handroll and dessert.

You must select counter seating when making a reservation.

*Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking with adequate notice. While we do our best to accommodate, certain restrictions may limit our ability to fully execute the omakase menu.

MAIN DINING ROOM

Mitsuru’s à la carte menu lets you build your own experience. Guests can order individual nigiri, hand rolls, and a selection of seasonal small plates all featuring the same high-quality fish and thoughtful preparation found at the counter.
